regular ways to promote website at the early stage

my regular ways to promote a website:
1.Choose a keyword suit both of you and search engine.

2.build content.there skip this step.

3.start to promote.

4.creat a baidu space ,contain your keywords in it.you will be indexed by baidu,and get a high rank at the early stage. finally Lead these traffic to you site.

5.Post your good contents to some related forum

6.Use the same way to promote in "baidu post" and "baidu answer".
Complete these steps ,your uniqu visitor will reach 3000-5000 per day after about 15 days.
I'm a chinese webmaster,so my way is aim at baidu.Now I have a english website to promote,How can I get start? What is the regular ways to promote a english site? Hope webmasterworlder can tell me something.thk
