They bill themselves as the "world's first wanted engine".
On their homepage you type in whatever quote you need (e.g. loan), then select a category (e.g. secured loan) - then you fill out a form with the necessary details.
Signed up suppliers can then look at the leads that come in - but have to pay to actually get the clients contact information. Leads start of expensive, then get cheaper as time goes by. Up to 3 suppliers can pay for the contact details.
I'm not particularly convinced that it's suitable for my particular industry (travel) though I could be mistaken.
An interesting bit is that they do "Domino streams" whereby if someone asks for a quote on estate agents, they'll prompt the user at a later date to ask about mortgages etc.
They have a worldwide patent pending - perhaps to stop other sites taking quotes and selling them to suppliers in this way?
