a) they have no *open* forum or e-mail List where you can safely gripe and try and discuss issues with management, they do have a 'closed' forum in which users must be very careful how they conduct themselves. Posts are regularly deleted or edited by management. There are *many* important posts crying out for management comment - but receive none.
b)current response time to their helpdesk support ticket system is *very* poor.
c) the 'public face' of 2checkout management, such as it is(none front the clients with their real names or identities), has a *very* bad attitude to their clients and it shows all too regularly in their responses to Forum posts - when they choose to respond!
If someone can recommend a really good and reasonable cost payments processor, please speak up.
