Well I dont know if this is quite the right place...

But anyways, I'm making a website based around a gaming community. Kind of like a forum but expanded, with a news system, etc. But I dont know where to find staff...I really need a partner to help run the place, and someone to help me make it.

Hi and welcome to WW. Assuming that you have a detailed businessplan, I guess that you also have funding...if not, you might want to look into your finances first.

Staff recruitment can be done in various online resources both permanent and freelancers, but I would generally recommend to go for a local contractor that is accessible for you in person.
