A new worm?

This morning I was looking at my apache access.log and found this:

This is just a tiny sample as it was over a hundred lines in the log. Has anyone seen this one. I did a lookup and reported it to the abuse address, but thought I'd ask about it here. A google site search came up empty on this particular pest.
