Form and Spam trouble!

I have a simple form that I created in FrontPage2003. Ever since the form went live half of all emails received are SPAM. This is a HUGE problem. Is there anything that I can do to this form to stop this SPAM?

Any assistance is GREATLY appreciated!

It's been many years since I used FP but if the form shows your email address in the HTML (or anywhere else you may have put your email address on the site) then that's the problem.

Solution: Change form to one that contains your email address within a seperate script so it isn't visible to outsiders.
