Somebody hijacked my website from a .nu TLD and displays the whole thing under a new domain; however, I think its not cached, but sucked off my server every time you request it.
Is there anything I can do about it?

I'm not 100% sure I understand what you're saying but if you mean someone is stealing your bandwidth then the best thing to do is create a .htaccess file either block that site or block all sites. A google search would show you how.
If you're worried more about copyright then head to the copyright section and try your question there.
