My company domain is in all major spam filters, and no way of getting removed seems possible.
Noone receiving spam can see any reason to forward me the headers of any spam received.
All I have that I know for certain is, that NO SPAM has been sent from my domain since the domain was purchased.
There has never been more than one mailbox, and it has not been used by anyone else.
Does anyone have any suggestions how to be removed from spamfilters AND stop the spams using my domain from being sent?
I'm having the same problem. I keep getting bounced emails which were sent from something@mydomain.com - and these emails addresses don't even exist.
The company that looks after my server created did some SPF files for my domains, so I will see if that helps.

Right now they are working their [censored] off to try and figure this out.. But they have the same problem as me: Nobody feels like forwarding me any of the spam headers so I can investigate!
The biggest issue with this is that I run a shop on my domain.. With validation email and order confirmations sent out from the domain!
Most of my customers never receive anything from me!
I already tried just using my other domain for that.. That solution lasted approximately 3 days..

You'll have to set up another email account on another server (different IP block) in another domain name, and ensure that the From: and ReplyTo: headers point to your real domain.
That's just about your only choice in the short term. In the long term, you can see about getting removed from blacklists, etc.
