Hi,

I have a website that has different language versions to it, like, English, Spanish, French, German. I want to prepare the sitemap.xml for my website. How should I add the urls to my sitemap for these different versions?

Ex: w w w . m y s i t e . c o m/en/..... for english
w w w . m y s i t e . c o m/fr/.... for french, etc.

Keeping the root static, should I place the links for all of them respectively? Will this help the Search Engine to index all my pages with different language options?

Kindly suggest me, I will be very obliged. Thanks in advance.

Bye.

greetings seosayo and welcome top WebmasterWorld!
you can put all urls in one sitemap and place it in the root directory.
be sure to completely specify urls including protocol (http:) and trailing slashes (if necessary).
you might want to check out google's page on the sitemap protocol [google.com].
