I'm doing webpage for mobile phone. Do mobile phones support session, cookies, images, whole XHTML etc.?
What are usual resoulutions of screen and which should I choose or should i let coose to user (with php)?
Any dangers, any special things that I must be careful with? Every comment is welcome.

That depends on a number of factors, like which country you're targeting, and which phones. My phone in Japan might accept some formats unavailable elsewhere. Not all phones use full browsers. I'm pretty sure you can't make a one size fits all mobile site that will work universally. You need to specify you target market a bit more closely.
