When doing a google search of my domain name on any site, out of about 1000 results I found 10 results that were foreign websites that had jumbled english words (mostly of an inappropriate nature) with my website name at the bottom. The pages are all in foreign languages so I can't really figure out a way to contact the owners of any of the sites to have them removed. I've heard of JoeJobbing with people spamming others with their site's email address, but I hadn't read much about this situation.

Should I worry or just let it slide. The comments there were left in April and May of 2005 but still come up in Google.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld imaref.

It's very possible that you're just seeing the site scrapers at work here. There isn't much you can do about it if they're just including your domain name. That sounds like they scraped the SERPs of a search engine.

If your page content is being used verbatim then there are various steps you can take to prevent it. However, that depends on your system and how your site is run. For instance if you're putting everything out there in RSS form that makes it a lot easier for the scrapers to harvest your content.
