If you are refering to your meta keywords then this really won't make a lot of difference. Meta keywords are largly ingored by the popular search engines who tend to look more closely at the actual page content.

As for re-submision. If your pages are already listed then there really is no need for this. Your pages will be re-indexed when the bot next drops by.
