Hi

I own a site and use my ISP's SMTP to send passwords out to new registrants of my site. However, I am finding that my emails do not get delivered. They either end up in Junk, or just don't get delivered at all.

In addition - if someone uses my sites' 'contact us form', the form is sent to my inbox. I then reply to the mail, but again it doesn't go to the users' inbox. This is incredibly frustrating, and almost defeats the object of having email! It's killing my site, and I've done nothing wrong to anyone...

I am not a spammer or on any blacklists...

Could anyone suggest anything to help. Could I use a third party company to send my new registrants their passwords, to ensure they can log in?

Thanks for your time
