Alexa Reviews

for Google & other sites.... Are they serious about it?

I checked Alexa reviews for Google [alexa.com], and the first page itself contains some stupid reviews which are totally offtopic.

An example: Google is brilliant! Want to play uk lottery or the florida lottery online? go to www.xyz.com!

I had heard that Alexa staff read and approve all reviews before they are posted. I remember submitting a review for a site and it had taken 2-3 days for it to be posted, so definitely someone must be reviewing them before approving them for public display.
