Help, generating / buying webmaster traffic

I am looking to find new ways to generate traffic to my webmaster resource website.

Does anyone know of any reputable sources of webmaster traffic that you can purchase?

Any other ideas that may help to increase my traffic?
I am WIDE open for ideas :)

IMO there is no such tool we can buy for getting traffic, all we can do is SEO; Today most of the traffic comes from searchengines.
make your site searchengine friendly, Write unique and useful articles submit them to articles directory, have Press releases all this will help you to get traffic.
