Can anyone please tell me if there is a syntax to use to search with Google for files bigger than 10 MB on a aprticular website?

I couldn't find anything in Google's documentation about that, so probably not, but do you notice how the SERPs list the file size? You could set the SERPs to return 100 results at a time and write a script to parse the results. Not very easy, I know, but that's probably your only option.
