Where to find reasonably-priced help?

I have a website on which is featured individual products from a number of manufacturers, all within the same industry. I've received permission from these manufacturers to download photos of their products from their sites, along with product descriptions. (Free advertising for them).

Of the 1600+ pages on my site, a bit over 1,000 are product pages. And that's what drives the traffic to my site. The vast majority of visitors find my site when searching for "Acme widgets" or "Acme Model X Widget."

In order to increase traffic, I need to add more product pages. I already have permission from more manufacturers to display their products on my site. What I don't have is the time to create the new pages.

I already have a template, and examples that another person could use. The person would simply have to: download the photo from the manufacturer's site; re-size it to 500 pixels wide in Photoshop; sharpen if necessary; copy and paste the product description to the new page; format the text using existing CSS; put the brand and model into <h1> tags; give the page a title; and modify the meta tags to include the new widget.

It took me about two days to do all of the above for a manufacturer who has 107 models in their line.

I have another manufacturer that has a bit over 300 models in their line. And other manufacturers waiting in the wings.

The site doesn't generate enough revenue to pay a professional website developer/designer to do cut-and-paste work.

I'm wondering if anyone has ideas on where to look for someone to do this kind of work. Should I be looking at college students, people overseas, or somewhere else?

I'd recommend you get a CMS/cart so that the addition of new products would be easier, i.e. true data entry. Then a monkey could (almost) do it. For people, try advertising in a local college newspaper, look on one of the freelance techie sites, or craigslist maybe.
