Does the geographic location of a hosting server affect the rankings of sites hosted on it? For example, what are the effects of hosting a domain in Canada vs. the US?
How much of an affect is geo/demo/behavioural targeting having on rankings at this point? (Ie, is search history of an individual affecting future results)
