Automated Emails from my RSS Feed?

So I found PHPList but am getting a headache setting it up, it's just not working well with my host. Do you know of any other scripts that could handle such a thing, or any hosted, 3rd party services? I know we can't recommend specific commercial services publicly but I'd appreciate any help, either here or via private message.

feedburner does it daily, it might be able to go weekly.
