I can't answer your question however here's a little advice from a long term PayPal user.

If you are dealing with the general public and need them to use a service like this confidence in the system is paramount. It has taken years for them to get the level of use up to a point where I can now insist that my clients use it for short time frame payments. I usually have little or no resistance

Using a service that is unknown or relatively new will hinder your sales.

Fees at PayPal are a little high when they come from my European clients however the speed and ease of use make up for it.

worldpay ..or bluepaid ( the latter mainly for the francophone market ) ..HTH

im not loking for a payment system on my website, but a sstem like paypal, where i can make small payments, like to webmasters other companies for work done... Its just I have read to much negativ about paypal now that i want to change before they by mistake also close my account or do other stuff.

I would like a sytem which are based in europe
