Anyone have problems with sites for NTL users in the UK?

My sites are working fine, but two of my friends have suddenly stopped being able to access them - the only thing in common they have is they use NTL and they are in the UK. My stats show other UK users are fine. Anyone know what could be happening?

ntl: is going through a "phase" at the moment. Very slow DNS, many hosts not resolving on first request but work fine after a refresh.
