Hi there. I currently run a sucessful teen site in Frontpage. Many people are impressed by how my site looks and it has generated significant revenues (well compared to the costs). I am now looking to take it to the next level. I have hundreds of ideas but spend my day to day updating celeb gossip / film trailers / music videos. This needs to be done with a content management system.. I also want a community aspect.

My question is.. where do I go with this.. do I approah a freelancer or agency.. what should I look for.

This is a very difficult transition for me and potentially make or break time as every penny I intend to spend will be taken away from my money at the end of the year.. but if I don't make my grab for the bigtime at some point I could end up running <snip> in its current state for a long time and not really growing it at all..

What advice can you all give to someone in my shoes?

Thanks

Do some comparison shopping for the skills you are looking for.
It could be a person or a company; there's no single answer.
