Major Problems With Word Press Multiple User

Okay, when I try to create a new blog, it says that the blog is there, but when I try to view it: [blogaddress.mydomain.com...]

Nothing comes up, and I get a IE error page, saying the page doesn't exist. I think that I may be having writing permissions problems. How can I fix this? It just looks like the program isn't allowed to make a new blog.
