I bought from someone else a URL about a year ago and started a blog on it. The domain has a handful of backlinks

Alexa somehow still displays the wrong screenshot/contact info and a false URL!

I know that I can fix the screenshot and the contact info (edit info), but how can Alexa show another URL? Imagine you query [info.alexa.com...] and Alexa shows you info about widgetxys.com

Is there a way that I can fix this?

Unfortunately the Alexa live support is always offline. My submitted requests have never been reviewed and nobody responded.

Thanks for help.

Nope. I have had a site directed to an entirely different site when you click on Alexa. I tried to contact them and never gotten a response. Over a year later. I give up.

They actually responded to me, that they will fix the issue in two days. It is a week gone by and nothing happened. I re-submitted but it did not work out. Screenshot is also still the same.

Not sure what their problem is and why do they have a live support button where nobody is online.
Just shows me that Alexa data is worth nothing anymore.
