Am looking for a PHP script which implements a high-end customer support center, where customers can also purchase and pay for support hours.
A customer on the front end should see:
- his contact info/profile
- all his payments
- all his emails
- all his online chats
- all his VOIP calls
- all his trouble tickets
The support personel on the backend should see:
- info on all customers
- their contact info
- their payments
- their open issues
- who their issues are assigned to
- view details of their issues
- info on all issues
- ability to sort/respond to issues
- statistics
- etc.
Any suggestions?
