Ms Outlook Problem

Any gurus on MS outlook? I need help

Hey I have a problem! I run a small business and I send newsletters out to my clients but all my undeliverable emails bounce back into my info box. What I want to know is there anyway I can register the email addresses that have come back in without opening each one and copying and paste into excel for example? Can anyone help me with this?

You're using Excel as your data source? Are you using Outlook or Outlook Express...?

Ah, I had a client with this same problem.

There's no easy way to do get the bounces removed when using Outlook. What you need is a real Mailing List Manager. There's lots out there. Try posting on one of the forums here asking peoples addvice on mailing list manager software.
