Depends what you need - I've used 68classifieds and it's pretty complete for I what I wanted.

I've been using Rapid Classifieds from [4u2ges.com...] for a couple years now, with much satisfaction. It's an ASP app, easy to set up, use and administer. It's free (when used in free mode), and there's actually decent support in the forums. And the low learning curve sure helps those, like me, with long-term-loss-of-short-term-memory!
