Outlook Express Crash when replying email

Recently my OE crashes whenever i reply or forward any email from a colleague of mine. Only the emails she sent from her pc crashes my OE and my other colleagues face the same problem.

But when i use Outlook to reply to her emails,there's nothing wrong.

I wonder any of you all have encountered such same problems before. Tried to do some searching but to no avail.

Any ideas?

Are the emails plain text or html? If html, try validating the source code - it might yield a clue.

OE is garbage, and that's being nice.

Thanks Kaled, i was suspecting that all along, not until i saw your opinion did i spend more time going through the HTML and Text settings that seems to have solved the issue.

And yes OE is quite ridiculous. :)
