which options are the best?

I want to give webmail to my members, but I don't know what company I should use that's free and good

Some of my clients use nippyinternet.co.uk, can't personally reccomend it as I haven't used it. They also offer an 0845 UK dialup.

I've used everyone.netfor a while.

The good thing is that they offer it for free, but you also have an option of paying and then you can remove all the banners and put up yours.

It is also very customizable. You can change color schemes, title image, and even upload your own styled buttons.
