I just got a complaint in another discussion forum that a user could not get to my website. He said that when he goes to my URL his company blocks the site. He says that this is usually do to URLs.

I am still trying to get more information from him. I want to see where he is getting blocked. If he is getting blocked from going to my downloads page could it be because I have self extractable EXE zip files on that page?

Lots of companies try to censor or otherwise stop employees from surfing during working hours. Some of these companies crawl and categorize websites as allowed or "not for viewing at work, school, public library, etc". Try searching for "netspective" and/or "n2h2" at Google.

Some discussion here about one workplace censor:

One thought - a bad designed filter might see the word "temp" in your URL and assume it is a moonlighting site...
