I am thinking of shifting my websites to Yahoo, however nowhere on the site they have mentioned about multiple domains. Can I do it with just one hosting plan.

You'd really need to ask Yahoo about this. Looking at the hosting plans offered I don't see anything about hosting more than one domain per account. They do give you a number of subdomains though...
