Is there a graphical interface?

I remember a while back, I saw this site where you'd type in your domain name, and it'd show you the link popularity of the domain name in graphical format.

But being the unorganized, sloppy guy that I am, I forgot to bookmark it. I've looked high and low for this thing, and I just can't find it again.

Any ideas as to where I can find this?

Does Kartoo really do that - It shows a linking structure but not really link pop - I use Marketleap for my link pop checks.
