I volunteer for a mediation center and we would like to add "driving directions" on our site. Instead of sending them out to mapquest or yahoo maps, we want them to stay on our site and get the directions right there.

Is there a cheap service that would enable me to do it?

People would need to be able to type in their address to find directions to any one of our branches.

I believe sites with brick & mortar locations should have this.

hi 2_much,

such a map and routeplanning applications are really hughe, so there should be no possibility to run it your own - but maybe you don't need to.

i think many of the mayor provider of such websites will have a paid option for integrating with your own website. then you might even be able to cloack the output into your own site or they offer an interface you can exchange the data with.

take a look at the 'big players' and checkout their options.
