Hosting with Everyone.net

I have a guy who suggested me hosting solutions with everyone.net. He claims that their hosting service is very reliable with almost no downtime.

My question is : Is everyone.net hosting solution reliable. My only requirement is good customer support and almost 99.99% uptime, just like Rackspace offers. With Rackspace.com, I have experienced great customer support and no downtime at all, but they are damn expensive. The solution being offered to me by Everyone.net is pretty cheap in comparision.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You get what you pay for. Maybe contact the company and ask for a list of subscribers and see what they have to say on the matter.
