Problem is there's so many about. There's a few good ones mentioned on the link but they don't satisfy my prerequistes which are:

1) Internal mail server (doesn't need external mail server)
2) HTML editor
3) Automatically handles unsubscriptions
4) Good response handling

Any suggestions?

Try GroupMail, it should solve your needs.
