Microsoft newsgroup based message board

Hello,

I am considering adding a message board to my site that will be tied in directly to a microsoft.public.whatever newsgroup.

Is this legal? Can I use the microsoft newsgroup server or replicate the messages that are being sent to the group on my site?

Any ideas will be appreciated.
