I'm looking for a text browser that doesn't support Flash which runs on Windows and doesn't take commands to browse the internet.

Any suggestions?

Opera has an "enable plug-ins" preference setting. Unset that, and Flash is unsupported until you change your mind.

That's what I'm saying Seth, a text browser, as in a browser that doesn't support Flash...

And Lynx requires commands to browse the Internet, does it not? At least the version I downloaded does (2.8.1).

Thanks victor, I have Opera too. I'll look for that setting.

Lynx only requires the pages URL. Nothing more. Of course, you can use hyperlinks from their.
