redirect virus?

Not sure whether this topic is right here, please move me if so.

For some reason when I log onto e-mailanywhere to pic up my messages whilst out and about, after putting in my username and P/W - it redirects to pages of weird sites which seem to breed pop ups galore.

Not only am I prevented from getting my email but also sujected to filth.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Although im not %100 have you tried putting your system through ad-aware it sounds like spyware or scumware especially with the filth your getting but I havent heard it doing that with logging into email. Try anyhow if you havent.
