Yesterday was my slowest day of the year so far for traffic, I love the sun but it always has one downside, today isnt much better either!

Well, oddly enough - it always provides a boost for us.
And we're not in any industry sun related.
Weird!

I own/look after information technology sites aimed at the home user, so I expect it when it is as hot as it has been here.

although not related to good weather at all, my site listing educational resources dips when the sun comes out. Some rainclouds or lower temps, and traffic is back.

I have much fewer orders this Month. Is it typical this season or my sale declines for other reasons?

For me, traffic always dips over the summer period or when the sun comes out. People would rather be out than in front of their PC in doors.

Travel here - we get the biggest dips in traffic and orders when the sun is out in force.

Well its a known fact in retail that February is the absolute worst month, and then things basically gradually build up speed to Christmas (for all people who live in predominantly) Christian societies.
I suppose web sites in similiar industries to retail would expect to see similiar patterns. To some extent at least...
