I need to come up with key (important) questions to ask a client who is interested in starting an e-learning / e-training project. The goal would be to "certify" their employees around the country in different areas. The client is not sure what they want, and is not the most technical person. Any ideas and comments would help apprecaited

Ask him if he would prefer to buy airline tickets, hotel rooms, and meals for all of his trainees, or if he would prefer to use the internet connection they already have.

E-learning is great for businesses. I'm just about to start a live webcast now for something I'm learning.

No I need to come up with questions to ask the client, not the manager.

How do you currently train/certify your employees?

How much does it cost to train (hard and hidden costs)?

Do you want to save money?

How much would you like to save?

At what savings point does it make sense to move the training to the web?

Can you give me a deposit today?
