Dear webmasters!

I hope you all are fine and in good health. I want to ask that how can we find value of a site/forum. How much a regular visitor/member add to a site?

That can be really tough to calculate. Some simple calcs can be:

assuming you sell something:
revenue divided by unique vistors = $$ per visitor for a given period

if you run a community and sell banner ads or something you may try something like:
revenue divided by # of members = $$ per member
NOTE: this would be an extremely subjective number and assumes all members contribute equally.

if you are looking to sell a site we generally use a rule of 3 to 5 times the annual revenue.
