They say that when they open an email and type a message and
pause, the pc keeps on typing words like the, of,
end, a, etc. by itself.
They are using express 6.
Any ideas as to why this may be happening and how to fix it?

This is a common practical joke in non-technical offices, because usually people can't figure out why when they type a normal word like "the" it will autocorrect it to "the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" ;) Then they usually end up calling up software companies, computer companies or their techies on call because they believe their computer is having a breakdown ;) Of course, some of the AutoCorrects people use are much more amusing (and rude!) than my example.
