I have a giant project with people collaborating from all over the world. I'm looking for a way to have a lot of people call in to one place using a specific number/pass code. Then having a large conference call.

Are there any services out there that do this and allow international call ins?

Yes, I know Sprint has such a service because I use it all the time for a big client.

I would call the business office and ask about it.

Many conferencing companies allow this. The one I work with most frequently has two numbers: a toll-free number for those participants calling from the States, and a regular (toll) number for those participants calling from international locations.

The trick there is that the international callers will have to pay for an international call from their home country to the States, but they can participate in the call.

Do some web searching - you'll find plenty of options out there ... and I'll bet you find several options cheaper than the big name phone/conferencing companies. :)

Edited for clarification.
