Need help in identifying the software

Dear Friends,

We are looking for an email campaign software. The requirements are as follows:

MUST
A.) Non-ASP; one time License fees.
B.) Unlimited number of lists and mails sent.
C.) Web based
D.) Linux support; our webhosting is linux based.
E.) Advanced reporting features: click-thrus etc.
F.) Price limit of approx 1500 US$

Prefered features
A.) Support for survey
B.) Viral marketing suppor (Tell A Friend service)

I've researched a lot but couldn't find the soluting meeting the reqmts. Listserv from lsoft looks good but the price for listserv maestro is not given on the site; not getting the reply from them as well.

At that price there is a chance that you can get a programmer to build a custom package for you.
