Changing host

Who can make the changes?

I have done a redo of a website. The last step is to change the regitry records to the new name server. The 2 contacts listed on the whois record are the son of the owner of the business (Admin contact), and the current hosting company (Technical contact).

The son no longer has the same email address, and the hosting company say they can't make the changes. If we can't find the login details how can we make the changes?

You may have to contact(call) the registrar and they will make the son verify his identity. If your son's old email is available, I would recreate it to save much hassle.
