Scrolling vertical text list of links... how?

I am looking for a simple vertical scrolling menu.
On my products page I want a list on the right that the user can
choose from.

There wil be 40 or 50 items in the list so scrolling will be
necessary.

I have found some scripts but can't find what I am after. A lot of scrolling text boxes automatically scroll. I need one that allows them to scroll up or down manually and then click to select the product they want to see.

I don't mind paying for this but I don't want to pay $20 for each site I put this on. Any recommendations?

This link is very close to what I want. But I don't know anything about javascript and I want the scroll buttons bigger and on the right of the table. More traditional with the up arrow on the upper right corner of the box and the dwn arrow on the lower right corner.
