How much its worth?

Im thinking of selling my site.But i would like to know approx, how much is it worth?
Site is about games cheats.It gets about 4000-5000 unique visits day and about 10000 page views.

generally speaking paff3 we say a site is worth about 3-5 times it's yearly revenue. If your site makes some money it will be worth more if it's just a hobby site that's not making any money for you right now it will be a hard sell.

I think my monthly revenues are about 150
Will this lower the vlue, that it isnt .com domain.

to start you may want to put a "for sale" sign on the site itself, this can attract buyers in so much as your competition (if you have any) or someone with an interest in your niche may be interested.
