"email this URL to a friend"

looking for a free external script

On my educational site I used to have a link at the bottom of each page, "Email the address of this page to a friend." Actually, I still have all those links and they are all dead. I had used a free service at jokhoo.com, which seems to have changed to something called mail2friend, and all those sites seem to be no more.

My site is completely non-commercial, and all I'm looking for is some free external service that I can point to that will allow a visitor to email the address of my page to a third party. Can anyone offer any recommendations?

It's not external, but it's free ... I like the refer-a-friend CGI script from BigNoseBird.com. It can be customized quite a bit, and my server manager says it's the best he's seen for being conscientious about security issues.

Thanks. That does look like it can do the job, but I don't have any things like that installed and dread the time needed to learn it the first time through. (I'm just an old HTML/CSS person and not much more.)

It may be that the days of free services of this kind are gone, but if there are any still in existence I'd be glad to hear about them.
