The Pain Drs would like to place logos/banners of other complimentary businesses, such as hospitals, on The Pain Drs website.
The Pain Drs are righfully concerned with the legalities of such a move.
The Pain Drs are afraid that the hospitals could potentially sue them for some reason or another in this sue-happy-country.
The Pain Drs are asking for some sort of legal document that the hospitals must sign.
Has anyone dealt with anything like this before?
Thanks in advance. I look forward to the replies from all you smart people! (thus my reason for posing this question at webmasterworld.com!)

IMO, the DRs are right. You can't use the logos without permission, particularly if they might give the impression that the related businesses endorse them.
Dig around on the CNN.com site, there was a good "logo permissions" section on there at one time.
